ALLEC SELF STORAGE - SITE POLICIES


Site Rules:

  • Smoking and the use of alcohol is prohibited at the storage facility.
  • Firearms are prohibited at the storage facility.
  • Occupant shall own the lock used to secure the storage space.
  • No loitering
  • No dumping trash or other miscellaneous items you don’t want; we are not the dump


Prohibited Storage Items:

  • Food
  • Living things
  • Animals
  • Explosives
  • Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil paint, etc.)
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia including marijuana
  • Hazardous items of any kind
  • Hazardous or toxic waste material of any kind
  • Items that produce odors of any kind
  • Any item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
  • Any item which detrimentally affects other tenants or the facility
  • Corrosive materials/substances
  • Garden chemicals & fertilizers



Prohibited Uses:

  • Playing of any kind of musical instruments
  • Any illegal use of any kind
  • Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
  • Blocking traffic for others for extended periods
  • No working in the unit at any time for storage use only
  • No repairing of motor vehicles, welding, painting or refinishing of any materials
  • No cooking of any type; examples: propane stove, bbq’s, etc.
  • No alterations to the premises or attaching stored materials to walls, ceilings or doors
  • No generators are to be run
  • Sleeping in your unit, RV or trailer
  • Using your unit as an office/business
